Meet the Founder

Jess Redfern

Founder of SAVVI. Author. Speaker. Mum of three. And the woman who decided confidence wasn't something you waited for — it was something you chose.

I didn't come from fashion.

I spent years in banking and corporate finance — building a career that looked successful on paper, and slowly realising it wasn't building me.

So I left.

I built a coaching business from the ground up, focused entirely on the one thing I kept seeing women struggle with: confidence. Not the Instagram version. The real kind. The kind that makes you apply for the job, start the business, say yes to your own life.

Over the next decade, I worked with more than 5,000 women across Australia — through workshops, events, programs, and one-on-one coaching — helping them step into who they actually wanted to be.

I wrote a book about it. The Bold Life became an Amazon bestseller across three categories. I hosted events up and down the east coast of Australia. I built a community of women who were done waiting for permission.

And then I became a mum.

Three kids. A country town in Central West NSW. A washing machine that runs constantly, a business that runs constantly, and a dream that got bigger, not smaller, when they arrived.

SAVVI came from all of it.

From the woman I was in banking who dressed to blend in. From the women I coached who told me getting dressed in the morning felt like the first fight they had to win. From the belief — deep and unshakeable — that what you wear isn't superficial. It's how you show up. And when a woman shows up confidently in how she looks, everything else follows.

SAVVI is what happens when a decade of women's empowerment meets fashion that finally has something to say.
