Welcome to the backstage. Here's everything you might want to know before (or after) making a confident purchase with SAVVI.


📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days (excluding pre-sale). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes! Express options are available at checkout. We also offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We get to work quickly, but if you email backstage@savvithelabel.com within two hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to help.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We offer free exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

Can I get a refund?
For change-of-mind returns, we offer a free exchange or store credit. If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.

How do I return an item?
Email backstage@savvithelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide everything you need to lodge your return.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We cover return postage on all eligible Australian returns within our 30-day return period.

When will I receive my exchange or store credit?
Once your return has been received and approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days. Store credit never expires.

What if my item is faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product has a size guide on the page. If you're unsure, email us at backstage@savvithelabel.com — we're happy to help!

Will items be restocked?
Some of our styles are limited releases. If you love something, don't wait. You can sign up for restock alerts on each product page.

Do you offer custom sizing?
Not yet — but we're designing with diverse bodies in mind and working to expand our size range in upcoming drops.


💳 Payments & Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, Afterpay, and PayPal. Gift cards? Yes, please.

Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order, unless otherwise stated.

My discount code isn't working!
