How long until my order ships?
We pack and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. If you order on a Friday, we're getting to work Monday — we don't count weekends or public holidays as business days.
During launch periods, limited drops, or sale events, processing may take a little longer. We'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Free shipping — here's how it works
Spend over $200 and shipping is on us. No code needed, no hoops to jump through — it's automatically applied at checkout.
Not quite at $200? Standard shipping rates apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Once your order is packed and handed to our carrier, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel every step of the way.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, give it a little time — sometimes carrier systems lag behind. Still concerned? Email us at backstage@savvithelabel.com and we'll look into it for you.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes — express options are available at checkout. Select the one that works for your timeline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We quality-check every piece before it leaves us, but if something isn't right, please email backstage@savvithelabel.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you can. We'll sort it quickly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to update your address, email us at backstage@savvithelabel.com within two hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it.
A note on pre-sale orders
Pre-sale items ship separately from in-stock items and have their own dispatch timeframe, which is listed on the product page. If you order both pre-sale and in-stock items together, your in-stock pieces will ship first.
