SAVVI the label RETURNS POLICY

At SAVVI, we design with intention—and we want you to feel confident with every piece you choose. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple and fair.


Our Commitment to You

We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, so you have time to try, style, and decide.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request your return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

  • The item must not be marked as Final Sale


Items We Cannot Accept Back

  • Final Sale items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged

  • Accessories, gift cards, or intimates

  • Returns requested after 14 days


Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be issued as store credit, which:

  • Never expires

  • Can be used toward any future SAVVI purchase

  • Will be processed once your return is received and approved

Please note: refunds are not offered for change-of-mind returns.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We quality check each piece, but if you receive something faulty or incorrect, please email backstage@savvithelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund, so please check your items as soon as they arrive.


How to Return

  1. Email backstage@savvithelabel.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and our return address

  3. Ship your item back within 7 days of approval using tracked shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
