SHIPPING POLICY

At SAVVI The Label, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely so you can start wearing your future wardrobe as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

  • Standard Shipping — FREE on orders over $200 AUD / $14.99 AUD on orders under $200
  • Express Shipping — $24.99 AUD
  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details via Australia Post. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website.

MISSING OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at backstage@savvithelabel.com and we'll investigate promptly.
